Wellness Series
Set in the peaceful outdoor spaces of Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, our outdoor Wellness Series offers a refreshing way to unwind, move, and reconnect with nature along the river. These all-levels experiences are designed to support wellbeing while creating meaningful opportunities for people to gather, explore, and enjoy the park together.
Through programs like this, Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy works to build community, enrich lives, and expand access to outdoor experiences that inspire care for a sustainable national park for future generations.

Sound Bathing

Forest Bathing
Slow down and reconnect with nature through guided sensory experiences inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing is not a hike, but a mindful walk designed to help you notice, breathe, and engage fully with the natural environment, promoting calm, clarity, and emotional restoration.
Support the Park You Love
Events like these are some of the best ways to experience the beauty of CRNRA. But these opportunities don’t happen without the ongoing support to maintain our greenspace, trails, and river. Your donation helps fund vital efforts like habitat restoration, trail maintenance, and more.
