Join Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy for a rewarding volunteer workday with YOUR Unum Insurance team! We will be working at Old Mill Park, Vickery Creek Unit, one of 15 land units of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. We will be focusing on land based trash removal + trail restoration to help preserve the park! We will be providing tools, trash pickers, gloves, and trash bags for your team. Please remember to wear sturdy, weather-appropriate clothing as we come together to enhance our surroundings.

Please consider carpooling, as parking is limited, ensuring a smoother and more eco-friendly experience for all participants.

What We’ll Provide:

• Gloves
• Trash bags
• Litter grabbers (limited supply)
• Water Igloo
• A fun, engaging day in the park! :)

What to Bring / Wear:

• Closed-toe shoes (required)
• Long sleeves and pants (strongly encouraged due to small potential exposure of poison ivy, etc.)
• Refillable water bottle
• Bug spray and sunscreen

A $5 daily parking pass or annual pass is required at all Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area park units. You can purchase a day pass at the trailhead or online: https://www.nps.gov/chat/planyourvisit/fees.htm
