Yoga in the Park - Solstice Yoga & Sound Bath

Description: Come celebrate the summer solstice with a harmonious blend of yoga and sound bath! Join us in celebrating the longest day of the year - a time of illumination, transformation, and inner reflection - as Stillness Yoga & Meditation teachers facilitate a sound bath as you flow through rejuvenating yoga stretches.

Bring: Yoga mat, large towel, bug spray, and water bottle.

Facilities: Restrooms are located in the parking lot near the meadow.
