YOGA IN THE PARK

Description: Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Yoga in the Park is open to all levels. So roll out your mat, breathe in the fresh air, and let the natural surroundings inspire and rejuvenate you on your journey to wellness. There will be a post-session hike, and all are welcome to join to further embrace the beauty of nature.
Theme: Getting outside and reconnecting with nature can lead to a healthier, more relaxed and recharged you. Kick off your shoes, touch some grass, take deep breaths, and expand your sense of presence in this yoga practice curated with mindful and gentle postures to feel more centered, rooted, resilient and balanced.

Bring: Yoga mat, large towel, bug spray, and water bottle.
Facilities: Restrooms are located in the parking lot near the meadow.
