Community Hike

Everyone is welcome to join the Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy community for a brisk winter hike

Saturday, Dec. 4

10 AM - 1 PM 

Jones Bridge Unit of Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CRNRA)

Our winter hike will begin at the Jones Bridge parking lot and head towards Chattahoochee River Environmental Education Center (CREEC) where we will stop for a snack or lunch break. The entire hike will be over 5 miles and includes several steep inclines.  

This is a great opportunity to explore the Jones Bridge park unit and complete some trails towards the HikeCRNRA challenge.  

Please no dogs.

This will not be appropriate for some children

By signing up for an event, trip, workshop, or attending a field trip sponsored by Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy, I acknowledge that these activities can be hazardous and that I could be injured. I warrant that I am physically fit and able to participate without undue risk. In addition, I grant Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy, as well as their representatives and employees, the right to take photographs of me and my property during the program and I authorize Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, social media, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. This agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Georgia, and I agree that any lawsuit arising from my participation may be brought only in the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
