May Community Cleanup
Saturday, May 11
Description: Come participate in a community clean-up event at the Jones Bridge Unit of the CRNRA. The trails in this area wind alongside the Chattahoochee River, making it crucial to clear the paths of debris. By doing so, we contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of this unit and ensure the river remains free from trash and pollutants. This event is perfect for families as well as individuals who want to make a positive impact on the environment.
Facilities: Restrooms in the trailhead parking lot
Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes suitable for forest trail walking, considering layers for temperature changes. Remember to bring water and snacks. We will provide all the tools for clean-up.
Restrictions: No Children under 10 and No Dogs
Limit: 30 persons
