Description: Experience the full beauty of the Sope Creek unit with our Nature Bathing walk in the woods. Nature Bathing or Forest Bathing is a practice that can be as simple as walking in any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you. After indulging in the rejuvenating effects of nature bathing, you are invited to join us as we explore the park. Aleksandra Rakita-Jeremic, MS, CST (Licensed Professional Counselor), will be available during our stroll through the woods to answer your questions and offer you tools to unlock nature's healing powers.

Facilities: NO Restrooms
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Bring: Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes suitable for forest trail walking, considering layers for temperature changes. Remember to bring water and snacks, and pack binoculars and a hand lens for a more immersive experience. Sunscreen and bug spray are also encouraged.
Restrictions: No Children under 14 and No Dogs
Note: A daily entrance fee of $5 or annual pass is required.
